End User License Agreement

Effective date: April 9, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Baris Ozgen ("Author"), the developer of MeshGraph ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license applies to all MeshGraph IDE extensions, including but not limited to the VS Code extension, JetBrains plugin, and any future IDE integrations.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share the Software or any portion of its source code, compiled code, or bundled assets.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights therein to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Author retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Software may integrate with third-party AI language models configured by the User. All content generated through these integrations — including code, documentation, and architecture designs — is the sole responsibility of the User. The Author does not host, process, or store AI requests or responses.

5. Privacy

The Software does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, telemetry, or usage analytics. All processing occurs locally on the User's machine. Architecture files (.mgx) are saved to paths chosen by the User.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. Updates

The Author may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will always be available at meshgraph.net/license.html.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
